Samsung now producing 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM for mobile devices. The RAM will be enhanced for 5G and AI features for the latest smartphones. Samsung smartphones continue to get more advanced and powerful.
The Company has the aim to stay in the top position in the mobile industry. The department of research and development of Samsung is working more professionally for thair customers and still, they have a good sales share in all over the world.
Many people are guessing the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will be 8 GB RAM module. As my point of view, the chipset of Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is Snapdragon 855 which does not support LPDDR5 RAM. Maybe we won’t see any smartphone with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM from Samsung this year.

The new Samsung 12 GB LPDDR5 RAMs will have 1.3 times the data rate of LPDDR4X which is used in the current Samsung smartphones. Also, this RAM uses up to 30 percent less power consumed than its predecessor. Samsung hopes to likewise develop 16 GB LPDDR5 RAM next year.
